Optimism isn’t naive, it’s a choice

I really don’t know what the future holds, or exactly where all this is heading.

But here's a way to feel about it: we're living exciting times. With AI and innovation, it seems undeniable that things are going to change, not a little, but a lot.

Probably it will be most visible in the digital landscape, but eventually it will reshape every industry, every profession.

That’s scary.

Still, what relieves me most is that we're all figuring it out together.

And we will figure it out.

It's new ground for everyone. And in a way, that levels us. The truth is none of us starts with the new map already drawn.

History says these shifts are never easy. Every big restructuring hurts, and this one probably will too.

But I'd rather look at the other side: the journey, and the part each of us gets to play in shaping what comes next. For our work, our lives, and the people around us.

Optimism isn't naive here. It's actually a choice.
