What data we use and why

We do not make automated decisions that affect you. If your request does not fit what we do, a person decides and explains why.
Where your visit comes from. If you arrive from a campaign link or from another website and you accept analytics cookies, we keep that source and link it to your request if you send one, so we know which channels work. If you do not accept them, we keep nothing about where your visit came from.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. These providers use it on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- DigitalOcean (server that hosts the website and our internal client management tool; data centre in Frankfurt, Germany).
- Sanity (content system; it serves the blog images, so it receives your IP address when they load).
- Google (calendar and video call for the meeting; and, only with your consent, Tag Manager, Analytics and Search Console).
- Microsoft (Clarity, to understand how people use the website, only with your consent).
- YouTube and Vimeo (players for the videos in some articles, only if you accept).
- DonDominio (our email provider).
- Resend (sending the automatic emails that confirm meetings).
International transfers. Some providers are US companies (DigitalOcean, Google, Microsoft, Resend, YouTube and Vimeo). Although our server is in the European Union, these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Sanity and DonDominio process data inside the European Economic Area.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, limit or move your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to welcome@kocoro.co. We answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your request well, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security. We use suitable technical and organisational measures, such as an encrypted connection, access limited to the people who need it and protection of the form against automated submissions.
Children. This website is for companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Geolocation. IP geolocation by DB-IP.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the «Last updated» date.
